Pennsylvania Attorney Profiles Timothy M. Kolman is an experienced trial lawyer focusing on complex commercial litigation and civil rights work. He also concentrates his practice in international transactions and selected criminal and family law matters. Mr. Kolman holds two law degrees, one an honors law degree from Glasgow University in Scotland (where he was awarded prizes in politics and economic history) and the other law degree from the University of Pennsylvania, where he was editor of the Law Review. District of Pennsylvania. Wayne A. Ely is a highly accomplished civil trial lawyer specializing in employment discrimination and complex litigation. Mr. Ely graduated summa cum laude from Temple University and cum laude from Temple University School of Law in 1993. He was a member of the exclusive Temple Moot Court Honor Society and the Temple Environmental and Technology Law Journal. He also received the Barristers Award for excellence in trial advocacy and two American Jurisprudence awards. Prior to law school, he spent several years as a political and investigative journalist, receiving a first-place Keystone Press Award in 1991. Mr. Ely concentrates almost exclusively on trial work He has successfully prosecuted and defended several difficult and unusual civil cases, including sexual harassment, race discrimination, and disability discrimination matters. He has also argued before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and Pennsylvanias appellate courts. Mr. Ely is a member of the bars of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania. Rufus A. Jennings is a practiced attorney, concentrating his practice on employment discrimination and civil rights litigation, including racial discrimination, gender discrimination, sexual harassment, and the Americans with Disabilities Act. Mr. Jennings also focuses his practice on family and domestic law. Mr. Jennings graduated from the Villanova University School of Law, where he was a founding member of the Human and Civil Rights Seminar. Mr. Jennings is a member of the bars of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
